Refunds Policy: We do not issue refunds as we provide fully functional demonstration versions of all of our software, together with full documentation as to installation/licencing/usage requirements and instructions, prior to purchase. For software that we resell on behalf of other software producers, we ensure that each of these applications have free demonstration versions available. We provide these free demonstration versions, either directly or through our suppliers, to ensure that customers are able to fully test the usage of the required solutions in their own environments. We also provide free pre-sales support to enable potential customers to completely satisfy themselves of the suitability of the product(s) prior to purchase.We certainly recommend that you test all software on your own PC(s) prior to purchase to ensure compliance with your requirements.
